For every implementation, Probitas provides dedicated Project Management resources to ensure the project is completed to the client's satisfaction.
So what does this mean in the real world? Well, firstly they will have a down to earth and realistic outlook, a good attitude and crucially, a sense of humour!
Ultimately, we're client-focused; so as part of the process our Project Manager will form a team with members of the client's staff. They will guide the team in developing the requirements, and drawing up the key deliverables or milestones by which the success of the project will be measured.
He or she will then work with the project team, and our consultants, throughout the entire lifecycle of the project. Along with positive communication skills, our Project Managers all have broad business experience coupled with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft BizTalk expertise, meaning you could not be in better hands.
