Franklin Covey Products have now gone live with the first phase of their Biztalk integration.  The project has allowed them to outsource their warehousing and distribution to a third-party fulfillment house and has resulted in considerable cost savings.  Biztalk allows their Dynamics Nav system to automatically transfer Sales Orders and to then receive status updates.  In two weeks time we will hopefully report the success of Phase2 which will include notifications of stock-on-order, returns, stock-level and Bill of Materials synchronisation.
